Bean and Salsa Dip
For serving with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 can black eyed peas rinsed and drained
- 16 ounces prepared salsa
- 1 tablespoon cilantro minced
- 1 orange sectioned, then cut sections in smaller bite-sized pieces
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to bowl, stir to uniformly combine.
