Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Based on a recipe from 5 Star Sensations, Laura Thompson, 1991, The Auxiliary of University Hospitals of Cleveland, p 90.
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, whisk all ingredients together.
Makes 2/3 cup.
