Ingredients
6ouncesbittersweet chocolateor 1 cup if using chocolate chips, coarsely chopped
1cupheavy cream
2tablespoonsbrandy
Instructions
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over barely simmering water. Whisk in cream and brandy. If making in advance, rewarm before serving as a sauce.
