Buche de Noel
This is a traditional French Christmas dessert. Follow the recipe for Mocha Cream Chocolate Roll. It may be decorated as you wish. Here it is shown with a rosemary sprig, pomegranate seeds, and cocoa powder. Meringue Mushrooms are also great.
