DIJON VINAIGRETTE

Dijon Vinaigrette

Good with grilled fish on a bed of salad greens.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 medium clove garlic minced
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • pinch sugar
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • dash Worcestershire sauce Use gluten free version, if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
  • 3/4 cup virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, and sugar. With a fork, stir into a paste. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Stir. Whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
