Dijon Vinaigrette
Good with grilled fish on a bed of salad greens.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 medium clove garlic minced
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- pinch sugar
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- dash Worcestershire sauce Use gluten free version, if needed.
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 3/4 cup virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, and sugar. With a fork, stir into a paste. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Stir. Whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
