Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops

  • 6 double lamb chops


  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon oregano


  • chopped parsley


  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a glass baking dish. Marinate lamb chops in refrigerator for several hours.
  • Grill for a total of 10 minutes for rare, 15 for medium, 20 for well done. Transfer to a warm platter, sprinkle with parsley.
