Trout or Flounder Fillet - Broiled

Ingredients

  • trout or flounder fillet about 1/3 pound per person
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Line a rimmed baking pan with foil. Place fish fillet on pan. Baste with melted margarine or butter. Broil approximately 7 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
  • Remove from oven. Squeeze lemon over fish. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Serve.
