Bean and Salsa Dip

For serving with tortilla chips.

  • 1 avocado peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 can black eyed peas rinsed and drained
  • 16 ounces prepared salsa
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro minced
  • 1 orange sectioned, then cut sections in smaller bite-sized pieces


  • Add all ingredients to bowl, stir to uniformly combine.
