Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic crushed

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, whisk all ingredients together.

Makes 2/3 cup.
