Brussels Sprouts - Oven Roasted

  • Brussels sprouts
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon wedge


  • Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 425°F.
  • Cut Brussels sprouts in half, or into quarters if they are large. Place in bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, to evenly coat. Spread in even single layer on rimmed baking sheet. Use 2 pans, if necessary. Place in oven.
  • Roast until crispy, turning occasionally using a spatula. Place in serving bowl, toss with some fresh squeezed lemon juice. Serve immediately


Cutting the Brussels sprouts will yield leaves that fall off. These can be roasted separately for a snack. Spray with some olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a single layer on rimmed pan and roast.
