Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 6 double lamb chops
Marinade
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Garnish
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a glass baking dish. Marinate lamb chops in refrigerator for several hours.
- Grill for a total of 10 minutes for rare, 15 for medium, 20 for well done. Transfer to a warm platter, sprinkle with parsley.
