This is a basic vinaigrette that is perfect for simple green salads.
Servings: 1 cup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons canola oil
- In a small bowl, add all ingredients except oils. Whisk to combine. Gradually whisk in oils to emulsify vinaigrette.
