Trout or Flounder Fillet - Broiled
Servings: 2 servings
- trout or flounder fillet about 1/3 pound per person
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 lemon
- freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat broiler.
- Line a rimmed baking pan with foil. Place fish fillet on pan. Baste with melted margarine or butter. Broil approximately 7 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
- Remove from oven. Squeeze lemon over fish. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Serve.
