Granola

Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Mix oats, cinnamon, salt.
  • Whisk together oil, honey, sugar, vanilla. Add oats mixture, stir to evenly coat.
  • Pour onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake 10 minutes and then stir.
  • Add almonds on top.
  • Bake 5 minutes and stir.
  • Add hazelnuts on top.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Cool. Then add raisins and cherries.
