Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix oats, cinnamon, salt.
- Whisk together oil, honey, sugar, vanilla. Add oats mixture, stir to evenly coat.
- Pour onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 10 minutes and then stir.
- Add almonds on top.
- Bake 5 minutes and stir.
- Add hazelnuts on top.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Cool. Then add raisins and cherries.
