Pineapple Sorbet or Popsicles
This recipe is super easy and has no fat.
Servings: 6 servings
- 2 cups pineapple cut in 1" square chunks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Add ingredients to blender; puree. Pour into ice cream maker and churn until consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Alternatively, pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
