Swordfish Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 pound swordfish double for four people
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use tamari for gluten free version.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish or pie plate large enough for fish. Marinate at least 2 hours. Grill or bake as desired.
