Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons margarine
  • 5/8 cup Dutch processed cocoa
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • In bowl of stand mixer, beat margarine, cocoa, corn syrup, and vanilla. Add sugar alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy.
