- 8 tablespoons margarine
- 5/8 cup Dutch processed cocoa
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons milk
- In bowl of stand mixer, beat margarine, cocoa, corn syrup, and vanilla. Add sugar alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy.
